Where is my Data Held?
In Australia. All data held under Red IT Sync is hosted with Microsoft Azure. It is accessed through the Australian South East Data Centre (Melbourne) and Backed up daily to the Australian East Data Centre (Sydney). No data is ever sent offshore and remains in Australia.
Is my Data Safe?

Is this only for business use?
Yes. To keep things running as smoothly as possible, Red IT Sync is specifically designed for business use only and always will be.
Can I Synchronise Data from an On-Premise File Server?
Yes, Red IT Sync has a feature called "File Server Enablement" which allows you to sync all the files from an in house server to our cloud storage. This is particularly useful for onsite and remote workers.
Can I Control which staff and devices can have access to my files?
Yes. Unlike our competitors, not only do you have the ability to create team share folders with permissions to either grant access, or lock down to specific users, you can even control which device. You can even block web access, and even remotely wipe your company data from a device the next time it obtains internet access.
